Major Renovation & Refurbishment Work of NBP AIB Bhutta Road Branch (2295), Sukkur, Sindh & Balochistan Region

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Major Renovation & Refurbishment Work of NBP AIB Bhutta Road Branch (2295), Sukkur, Sindh & Balochistan Region. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The scope of work includes dismantling of existing masonry walls, false ceilings, tile flooring/walls, doors, windows, glass work, electrical and plumbing fittings, front boundary wall and grills. Reinforcement cement concrete (3000 PSI) works for vault walls, beams, lintels, steel reinforcement, brick masonry, plaster work, PCC under floor and flooring, porcelain tiles, granite skirting, glass doors, wooden frame glass doors, vanity counters, column cladding, wooden doors, partitions, bulkheads, internal paint works, wooden cabinets, gypsum sheet false ceiling, false ceiling, cornice, blinds, railing, front elevation tiles, aluminum windows, safety grills, collapsible doors, steel doors for ATM and guard rooms, wall cladding, cash counters, wooden drawers, roof screeding, termite proofing, hydraulic door closers, tuff tiles, wooden false ceiling, fiber glass shed, logo/theme wall, roof marble, main holes, water proofing basement, bitumen strong room, aluminum louver shutters, concrete pavers, wooden pelmets, wooden rafters, glass partitions, SS trash bins, 3D-view design/drawings, and supply and installation of strong room/locker room doors. Plumbing works include supply and installation of plumbing fixtures such as European style W.C. floor mounted and wall hung types, ORISA type W.C., toilet hand sprays, wash basins, stainless steel kitchen sinks, soap dispensers, towel rods, paper holders, coat hooks, looking mirrors, water supply systems with polypropylene random pipes, G.I. pipes, brass body gate valves, water storage heaters, water transfer pumps, soil, waste, vent and rain water drainage systems with UPVC pipes, floor traps, rain water gratings, external sewer and manholes, and electrical wiring works including circuit wiring, switchboards, point wiring, industrial sockets, data/voice/TV wiring, electrical LT cabling, fittings, fixtures, accessories, lights, fans, power sockets, industrial sockets, technology boxes, data/voice fixtures, racks and panels, telephone junction boxes, distribution boards, earthing systems, chemical type earthing, miscellaneous items, and A.C. copper piping work. The contract duration is 120 days with an estimated cost of Rs. 17,837,345.70. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04, have FBR Active Taxpayer status, and meet other eligibility criteria. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on September 10, 2026, and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. The bid security amount is Rs. 600,000 in the form of Pay Order or Bankers Cheque. The performance guarantee shall be 5% of the contract price in the form of a bank guarantee. The bidding documents are available on EPADS portal. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated substantially responsive bidder. Technical proposals must include site organization, method statement, mobilization schedule, construction schedule, and equipment details. The contract will be governed by the laws of Pakistan and disputes will be settled through arbitration under Arbitration Act 1940. The Procuring agency/Employer reserves the right to reject all bids. The successful bidder will be notified through a Letter of Acceptance and required to sign the contract and furnish performance security. The contract price is subject to price adjustment as per the formula provided in the bidding documents. The scope of work and specifications are detailed in the bidding documents including all civil, plumbing, electrical, and finishing works as per the Bill of Quantities and technical specifications.
