Tender Description
The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing North Islamabad) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the major renovation and refurbishment works of the NBP IBB Qamar Sialvi Road Branch (1976) located in Gujrat under the FEDC Region. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through a National Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. The scope of work includes comprehensive civil works such as dismantling existing masonry walls, false ceilings, flooring, doors, windows, electrical and plumbing fixtures, and boundary walls. It also covers reinforced cement concrete works, steel reinforcement, brick masonry, plastering, PCC flooring, porcelain tiles, granite works, glass doors and partitions, internal and external paint works, wooden furniture including cabinets and counters, gypsum and false ceilings, stainless steel railings, and installation of AC units among other detailed items as per the Bill of Quantities. Items being procured:

- Furniture including branch manager table, officer tables, credenza, CPU trolleys, revolving chairs, visitor chairs, waiting benches, sofas, center and side tables
The technical scope requires adherence to detailed specifications, approved brands, and quality standards as outlined in the bidding documents. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04, be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority, and not be blacklisted. The contract duration is 150 days with a bid validity of 359 days. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 15th September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. A bid security in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, or demand draft is required. Performance security of 10% of the contract price will be required upon award. The contract will be awarded based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents, visit the site, and ensure compliance with all requirements.
