Major Renovation and Refurbishment Works of NBP HIT Taxila Branch (1542) RO Rawalpindi

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing North Islamabad) invites sealed bids for the major renovation and refurbishment works of the NBP HIT Taxila Branch (1542) RO Rawalpindi. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal. The scope of work includes dismantling of existing masonry walls, false ceilings, cash counters, flooring, electrical and plumbing fixtures, reinforcement cement concrete works, brick masonry, plastering, PCC flooring, porcelain tiles, wooden textured tiles, laminated flooring, granite skirting and thresholds, glass doors and partitions, wooden doors, paint works, wooden cabinets, gypsum false ceilings, aluminum windows, roller blinds, stainless steel railings, safety grills, steel doors, wall cladding, cash counters, termite proofing, repair works, fiber glass parking shed, logo/theme wall, roof treatment, plumbing fixtures, water supply system, soil and waste drainage, external sewer and manholes, furniture including tables, chairs, sofas, and electrical wiring and fittings including LED lights, fans, sockets, distribution boards, security system components, earthing system, CCTV wiring, fire extinguishers, sign board works, air conditioning units, and strong room door installation. Items being procured: - Dismantling works including masonry walls, ceilings, cash counters, flooring, electrical and plumbing fixtures - Reinforcement cement concrete works (RCC walls, beams, lintels) - Steel reinforcement bars - Brick masonry works - Plaster works - PCC under floor and flooring - Porcelain tiles (various types and finishes) - Wooden textured and laminated flooring - Granite skirting, thresholds, and entrance podium - Glass doors and partitions - Wooden doors (various types) - Paint works (internal and external) - Wooden cabinets and kitchen cabinets - Gypsum sheet false ceilings and wooden false ceilings - Aluminum windows and louvers - Roller blinds - Stainless steel railings - Safety grills and steel shutters - Steel doors for ATM, guard room, emergency exit - Wall and column cladding - Cash counters and wooden drawers - Termite proofing and repair works - Tough tiles and fiber glass parking shed - Logo/theme wall - Roof treatment and main holes - Concrete pavers - Plumbing fixtures and accessories - Water supply system including pipes, valves, pumps, and tanks - Soil, waste, vent, and rainwater drainage system - External sewer and manholes - Office furniture including tables, chairs, sofas, reception counters - Electrical wiring, lighting fixtures, fans, power sockets - Cable containment and floor boxes - Data, voice, and TV wiring - Distribution boards and internal components - Security system devices and wiring - Earthing system - CCTV wiring - Fire extinguishers - Sign board works - Air conditioning units (inverter type, various capacities) - Strong room door (fireproof) The technical scope covers all materials, workmanship, and installation as per detailed specifications and drawings. Bidders must be registered with FBR, Punjab Revenue Authority, and Pakistan Engineering Council with PEC category C-5 or above and specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04. Experience of at least three similar projects above Rs. 25 million in the last three years is required. Bid security must be submitted as per bidding documents. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The contract will be awarded based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract price is required. Registration on EPADS v2.0 is mandatory for participation. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
