Major Renovation Works of NBP Ghalla Mandi Branch Kamoke R.O Gujranwala

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing Central) invites sealed bids for the Major Renovation Works of NBP Ghalla Mandi Branch, Kamoke, R.O Gujranwala. This procurement is planned for FY 2026-27 and will be conducted under National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Dismantling works including masonry walls, false ceiling, cash counters, flooring, electrical and plumbing fixtures - RCC walls, beams, lintels, slabs with reinforcement - Brick masonry work of various thicknesses - Plaster work of different thicknesses - PCC flooring and underfloor concrete - Porcelain tiles, wooden textured tiles, wooden laminated floor, carpet tiles - Granite skirting, thresholds, stairs, and main entrance podium - Glass doors and partitions including tempered glass and wooden frames - Wooden doors, false ceilings (gypsum, wooden, aluminium perforated) - Aluminum windows, louvers, blinds, railings - Front elevation tiles and glazing, graffiato paint, optional Alucobond cladding - Safety grills, GI shutters, collapsible doors, steel doors for ATM and guard rooms - Wooden wall/column cladding, PVC wall panels - Cash counters, wooden cabinets, kitchen cabinets - Termite proofing, hydraulic door closers, glass door machines - Tuff tiles, fiber glass parking shed, wooden hanging beams - Logo/theme wall with lighting - Roof insulation, screeding, waterproofing - Plumbing works including European style WC, wash basins, kitchen sinks, accessories - Water supply system with polypropylene and GI pipes, valves, water tanks, pumps - Soil, waste, vent and rain water drainage system with UPVC pipes and fittings - External sewer and manholes - Electrical works including wiring, lighting, fans, power sockets, cable containment, data/voice wiring - Distribution boards and components - Burglar alarm system wiring and devices - Earthing system including chemical and copper plate types - Fire extinguishers, parking and gate lights, CCTV wiring The scope covers all civil, plumbing, electrical, and finishing works as per detailed specifications and drawings. Bidders must be registered with FBR, Punjab Revenue Authority, and Pakistan Engineering Council with PEC category C-5 or above with specialization CE-10 & EE-04. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by 10 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The contract requires a performance guarantee of 10% of contract price. Bid security in the form of pay order, bank guarantee, or demand draft is mandatory.
