National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGCP) invites bids from eligible firms through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) method on a Single Stage Two Envelope basis for the complete fabrication and repairing of a 25 Tons Hydraulic Crane with Registration No. QYB-25 (Model 1985) located at 500kV Grid Station NGC New Lahore (South). Items being procured: - Major Repair / Maintenance / Overhauling of Crane Having 25 Tons Capacity Bearing Registration No. QYB-25 (Model 1985) at 500kV Grid Station NGC New Lahore (South) The scope includes full repair and maintenance of the hydraulic crane ensuring operational safety and efficiency at the specified grid station. The vehicle/equipment can be inspected during working hours Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, up to the date mentioned in the bidding documents. Eligibility criteria include submission of bid security amounting to 5% of the total bid value in PKR, in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Demand Draft issued by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan favoring 'D.M 500KV Grid station NTDC New LHR'. Original bid security must be submitted before the bid submission deadline. Firms must be active on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) and registered with Sales Tax Department(s) where applicable. Bidders must not be blacklisted by NGC, DISCO, or any other government organization at the time of bidding. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk) on or before the prescribed date and time.
