Major Repair and Renovation of Vocational Training Centre Building for Academic Block Conversion at SBBUVAS Larkana Campus Naudero

Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Sakrand invites eligible contractors to submit bids for the major repair and renovation of the unrepaired portion of the Vocational Training Centre (VTC) building for provisional conversion into an academic block at its Larkana Campus located in Naudero. This procurement is conducted under the Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure through the SPPRA e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS). Manual bids will not be accepted. Items being procured: - Major repair and renovation works of the VTC building - Civil works including plastering, concrete, brickwork, flooring, doors, windows, iron grills, ornamental RCC jali - Electrical works including internal electrification, light fittings, distribution boards, main and sub-main cables, earthing, cable containment, ICT security system (CCTV) - Plumbing works including installation of sanitary fittings, GI pipes for water and gas supply, UPVC sewerage pipes, floor traps, valves, mixers, and accessories - External sewerage works including excavation, gully traps, manholes, PE pipes - Daywork labour, materials, and constructional plant as per schedule The scope covers comprehensive civil, electrical, and plumbing works with detailed technical specifications and bill of quantities. The site is at Naudero, Sindh province. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 for civil works for the year 2026-27, registered with FBR and SRB, and meet all technical, financial, and eligibility criteria as per bidding documents. A bid security of 5% of the quoted amount is required along with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000. Bids must be submitted electronically via the SPPRA e-PADS portal by 29-09-2026 at 11:00 am, with bid opening at 11:45 am the same day. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The contract includes a defects liability period of 365 days and requires performance security.
