Miscellaneous Major Repairs, Consultancy, Minor Maintenance and Misc Furniture at E-8 Sector Islamabad

The Pakistan Navy, through its Military Engineer Services, invites prequalification applications from experienced contractors and firms for a range of works at E-8 Sector Islamabad. This opportunity is specifically for those who are interested in undertaking major and abnormal repairs, consultancy, minor maintenance, and the provision of miscellaneous furniture items for the designated site. The works are to be executed under the supervision of the Garrison Engineer (Navy) Construction Islamabad. Items being procured: - Miscellaneous, Major, Abnormal repairs, Consultancy and Minor Maintenance (TC / DC) works at E-8 Sector Islamabad and etc. - Provision of Misc Furniture items at E-8 Sector Islamabad and etc. The technical scope includes both civil and maintenance works as well as supply and installation of furniture, with a focus on quality and timely completion. Firms must be enlisted with MES in category A, B, C, D, or E, or with another government department with relevant experience. Applicants must provide detailed information on similar works executed in the last two years, including agency details, amount of work, time allowed, completion dates, and progress percentages. Additional requirements include lists of moveable and immoveable assets, personnel details, machinery/equipment, GST registration, and NTN certificate. Only firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council will be considered for issuance of tender documents. Applications must be submitted before 1200 hours on 15 Sep 2026, and will be opened the same day at 1200 hours.
