Supply of Manufactured Vehicles & Accessories by Natural Calamities & Other Disasters (REL) Balochistan

The Natural Calamities & Other Disasters (REL) department of Balochistan invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of manufactured vehicles and accessories. This procurement is governed under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Manufactured Vehicles & Accessories (Total Item(s) Count: 1) The procurement involves three assignments of similar nature with a complexity of 100 million PKR in the previous 3 years and a turnover of at least 173.25 million PKR in the last 3 years. Bidders must have a valid Active Tax Payer List and Sales Tax Certificate. Joint ventures are not allowed. Bid security of 5% of the bid value must be submitted in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit. The bidder must have an established office preferably in Quetta and authorization or dealer ship from the manufacturer is mandatory. The delivery time must not exceed 90 days. The bidder must have credit facility availability of 25% of the total cost in their account balance. The quoted rate must be market competitive. Tender documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. The last date for bid submission is 31 August 2026 at 11:30 AM through the supplier dashboard. Tender opening will be on the same day at 12:30 PM at Grain Silos Sheikh Manda Air Port Road Quetta.
