Procurement of Manufactured Vehicles and Accessories for SUI Master Plan

The SUI Master Plan invites bids from eligible suppliers for the procurement of manufactured vehicles and accessories. This opportunity is open to all bidders who meet the eligibility criteria as per the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. The procurement is being conducted in Sui, Balochistan, and only electronic bids will be accepted through the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPPRA) electronic system. No physical bid submission is allowed, and all bidders must be registered on the BPPRA GOB e-procurement portal. Items being procured: - Manufactured Vehicles (quantity and specifications not detailed in the notice) - Accessories related to manufactured vehicles The technical scope includes the supply of new, high-quality vehicles and their associated accessories as required for the SUI Master Plan. Bidders must have completed at least two assignments of similar nature and complexity, each worth at least 30,000,000 PKR, in the last three years. Additionally, the firm must have an annual turnover of at least 30,000,000 PKR in three consecutive previous years and must be present on the Active Taxpayer List with a valid registration certificate. Joint ventures with Pakistani firms are not permissible for this tender. A Bid Security of 2% of the bid amount is required, to be submitted in the form of a deposit at call or pay order from a scheduled bank. The deadline for electronic bid submission is 02 September 2026 at 10:00 AM. All tenders will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM via the EPPS system at the Sui camp office.
