Procurement of Medical Chemicals, Furniture, Gases, Medicines, Disposable Items, Electronics, IT Accessories and Other Hospital Supplies

The Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex (MTI) in Nowshera, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is inviting bids for the procurement of a wide range of medical and hospital supplies for the financial year 2026-27. This tender covers essential items including laboratory chemicals, ACD/blood bags, hospital furniture (medical grade and office), medical gases and accessories, medicines, surgical and medical disposable items, dialysis disposable items, electric and electronic items, bio-medical and non-bio-medical accessories/devices, general miscellaneous items, fumigation and pest management items, dental consumables, IT accessories and toners, linen and bedding clothing items, ultrasound gel, CSSD consumables, washing materials for laundry, stationery and printing items, X-ray films, waste bags, and carpenter/hardware items. The procurement is being conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) rules 2014. Interested suppliers must be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in supplying hospital and medical goods is highly recommended to meet the technical evaluation criteria. Earnest Money in the form of CDR is required for each category as specified, ranging from Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 500,000. Bidders must register on the EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) portal to obtain a user ID and password. The original CDR or bid security must be submitted to the office of the Hospital Director, QHAMC MTI Nowshera, by 7th May 2026 at 11:00 AM PST. Late submissions will be rejected. The electronic bid submission deadline on EPADS is also 7th May 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that all mandatory documents, including the bid security, are uploaded correctly on EPADS before the deadline. Hand, post, courier, email, or fax submissions will not be accepted. Careful adherence to the bid submission process will avoid disqualification and increase chances of success.
