Supply of Medical Equipment and Accessories

The Directorate General of Social Welfare & Special Education Balochistan is inviting bids from eligible suppliers for the supply of medical equipment and accessories in Quetta. This procurement is being conducted through the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014, and only electronic bids will be accepted via the BPPRA e-procurement system. No physical bids are required or accepted for this tender. Items being procured: - Medical Equipment and Accessories (Total Items: 1) The technical scope covers the provision of high-quality medical equipment and accessories as per the specifications detailed in the bidding documents. Bidders must ensure that all supplied items meet the required standards and are accompanied by manufacturer's warranty certificates. The successful bidder will be responsible for the timely delivery and installation (if required) of the equipment at the designated site in Quetta. Eligibility criteria include having completed at least three assignments of similar nature and complexity, each with a minimum value of 100,000,000 PKR, in the last three years. Bidders must also have an annual turnover of at least 180,000,000 PKR in the previous three years, be on the Active Taxpayer List, and possess a valid sales tax certificate. Firms must not be blacklisted by any government agency in Pakistan. Joint ventures are permitted, subject to submission of a notarized agreement. Bidders must also provide proof of an office or authorized agent in Balochistan, such as a utility bill, tenancy agreement, or ownership documents. Bid security of 2% of the quoted amount must be deposited in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. The deadline for electronic bid submission is **28 August 2026, 09:00 AM**.
