Tender Description
The Directorate General Wildlife and Parks Punjab is procuring medical equipment for the establishment of the State of the Art Wildlife Hospital at Safari Zoo, Lahore. This procurement is aimed at enhancing veterinary medical services for wildlife care in the region. Items being procured:
- Trolley mounted and Portable Veterinary Ultrasound
The procurement involves supply of advanced veterinary ultrasound equipment mounted on trolleys, designed for portability and ease of use within the hospital premises. This equipment will support diagnostic and treatment procedures for wildlife patients, ensuring high standards of medical care.
Eligible bidders must be registered firms, companies, or sole proprietors engaged in trading or supply of medical equipment. Registration with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax is mandatory. Bidders should submit their technical and financial bids electronically through the eP system, following a single stage two envelope procedure. Manual bids will not be accepted. A 2% bid security of the estimated cost must be submitted digitally.
The tender closing date is set for August 10, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the committee and bidders or their authorized representatives. Bidding documents are available immediately from the PPRA website and the eP portal. Bidders are advised to ensure their bids are complete, signed, and submitted on time to avoid disqualification.
