Supply of Medical Gas, OT Anaesthesia Items, Laboratory Chemicals, Washing Items, Contingency, Equipment Repair, Bedding, Medicines, Furniture Repair, Stationery, and POL for Generator for FY 2026-27

Government Maternity Hospital, Peshawar is inviting bids from eligible suppliers for the supply of a comprehensive range of goods required for the current financial year 2026-27. The procurement process will be conducted through the KPPRA e-PADS system, and all interested bidders must submit their electronic bids before the deadline of 10-09-2026. The procuring entity is seeking quotations from firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Items being procured: - Medical Gas (Oxygen Gas) refilling (PKR: 20,000/- call deposit) - OT Anaesthesia items (PKR: 30,000/- call deposit) - Laboratory chemicals / Reagents items (PKR: 200,000/- call deposit) - Washing items (PKR: 20,000/- call deposit) - Contingency items (PKR: 50,000/- call deposit) - Repair of machine and equipment (PKR: 50,000/- call deposit) - Bedding & clothing (PKR: 2,00,000/- call deposit) - Local purchase of medicines (PKR: 1,00,000/- call deposit) - Repair of furniture (PKR: 20,000/- call deposit) - Stationery items (PKR: 50,000/- call deposit) - Petroleum, Oil and Lubricants (POL) for generator (PKR: 1,00,000/- call deposit) The technical scope covers supply and delivery of medical gases, anaesthesia consumables, laboratory reagents, cleaning and washing materials, contingency and emergency items, repair and maintenance of hospital equipment and furniture, bedding and clothing for patients, local purchase of medicines, stationery, and POL for generator operations. All items must meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation documents. Bidders must be registered with FBR and KPPRA, and must submit a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as bid security for each item as specified. Preference will be given to local firms and suppliers. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS, and hard copies of the CDR must be delivered to the office of the Medical Superintendent before the closing date. The bid validity is 60 days, and rates must remain valid until 30-06-2027. The successful bidder will be required to sign an agreement and ensure timely supply as per the order.
