Purchase of Distilled Water Still, Computer, Printer, 02 Ton Inverter ACs, Misc Lab Consumables, Chemicals & Stationery

The National Institute for Agricultural Biotechnology (NIAB), Faisalabad, invites reputable firms and suppliers registered with the Sales Tax Department and holding valid GST/NTN to submit sealed tenders on F.O.R. basis for the procurement of various goods. Items being procured: - Distilled Water Still - Computer & Printer - 02 Ton Inverter Air Conditioners - Miscellaneous Laboratory Consumables - Chemicals - Stationery Items Detailed specifications and terms & conditions can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working day except Saturday and Sunday, between 0830 hrs to 1530 hrs, upon payment of the tender fee through CDR or Bank Draft in favor of the Principal Accounts Officer, NIAB, P.O. Box No.128, Faisalabad. The tender documents fee is Rs.1,000/- for Distilled Water Still, Computer & Printer, Rs.1,500/- for 02 Ton Inverter ACs, and Rs.1,000/- for Misc Lab Consumables, Chemicals & Stationery, payable in the shape of CDR. The tenders will be submitted adopting the Single Stage – One Envelope bidding procedure. Tenders must be received by 19 October 2026 before 1400 hrs and will be opened on the same day at 1430 hrs in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. Bidders should ensure they meet all eligibility criteria including valid FBR registration and NTN, and have their own offices and telephone numbers. Earnest money in the form of CDR is required as per tender documents.
