Liaquat Medical College Hospital, Hyderabad, is inviting e-bids for the procurement of medical and laboratory equipment, surgical instruments, specialized operation theatre (OT) instruments, allied patient care equipment, and the repair of machinery and equipment for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is being conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS) under Rule-46(1) Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR or SRB and can be suppliers, manufacturers, importers, or authorized distributors. Items being procured: - Medical and Laboratory Equipment, Surgical Instruments, Specialized Operation Theatre (OT) Instruments, and Allied Patient Care Equipment (Estimated cost: Rs. 50.825 million) - Repair of Machinery and Equipment (Estimated cost: Rs. 66.103 million) The technical scope includes preventive maintenance, corrective and breakdown repair, inspection, diagnosis, servicing, testing, calibration, and other related maintenance services for all machinery and equipment specified in the bidding documents. The contract period is for one year ending on 30 June 2027. Bidders must comply with all prescribed technical, professional, and service-support requirements, and demonstrate adequate technical capability and resources for repair and maintenance. Bid security of Rs. 1,665,075 is required, and the tender fee for each lot is Rs. 3,000. Only electronic bids submitted through EPADS will be accepted, and the original bid security must be submitted physically before the bid opening. Bids must be submitted by 09-09-2026 at 10:30 AM, and will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM at the Office of the Medical Superintendent, Liaquat Medical College Hospital, Hyderabad.
