Dawood University of Engineering & Technology (DUET), Karachi invites bids for the procurement of a Drop Shape Analyzer / Contact Angle Measurement equipment for its Petroleum & Gas Engineering Department. This tender covers supply, installation, testing, and training of the complete set as per the detailed technical specifications provided. Items being procured include: - Drop Shape Analyzer / Contact Angle Measurement Equipment (Complete Set) The equipment features a software-controlled dosing system with manual sample positioning, high-speed digital camera with USB 3.0 interface, advanced optics and illumination, and a comprehensive software suite for contact angle and surface free energy measurements. The package includes a dedicated data acquisition workstation with high-performance specifications to support real-time video analysis. The technical scope includes delivery on CPT basis to Karachi, with a delivery period of 2 months after receipt of supply order or opening of LC. The supplier must provide one year comprehensive warranty and localized technical support including training at DUET premises. The supplier is responsible for all incidental services including installation and commissioning. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid NTN, GST/FBR registration, minimum five years active market experience, manufacturer authorization, financial turnover proof, and warranty commitment. Bid security and tender fee must be submitted physically as per SPP rules. Partial shipments are not allowed. Liquidated damages of 1% per day up to 10% of contract value apply for delays.
