Taluka Head Quarter Hospital Pithoro, District Umerkot, is inviting e-bids from reputable and sound position contractors, suppliers, firms, manufacturers, sole agents, and distributors for the procurement of essential medical items for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement process will be conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS), and only electronic bids will be accepted. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Interested bidders must register themselves on the E-PADS portal prior to submission. Items being procured: - Life Saving Medical Supplies (budget: Rs. 856,000) - Specific Consumable (budget: Rs. 3,844,000) - Expenditure on Diet of Patients (budget: Rs. 8,586,000) - L.P. 15% Drugs/Medicine (budget: Rs. 4,109,400) The technical scope includes the supply of advanced and latest versions of medical equipment, consumables, and dietary items as per the specifications provided in the tender documents. All items must be delivered within 5 days of issuance of the supply order, with the period extendable as per mutual agreement. The minimum expiry period for medicines and allied items is two years with free-of-cost replacement. Only manufacturers, their sole agents, or authorized distributors are eligible to quote. Sub-distributors are not allowed. Bidders must provide certificates of ATL (Active Taxpayer List), GST/NTN, professional tax, and three years of income tax returns. Bid security of 2% of the quoted amount and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 4,000 are mandatory. All bids must be submitted electronically before 10:00 AM on 31st August 2026.
