Medical, General Store, Laboratory and Support Items Framework Agreement 2026-27

THQ Hospital Haroonabad invites sealed bids from well-reputed, GST and Income Tax registered, technically and financially sound firms, suppliers and companies for Framework Agreement procurement during Financial Year 2026-27 under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders may participate in one or more packages, but must submit a separate bid and bid security for each package. The mandatory package and lot schedule is: Lot 1, Local Purchase of Medicines and Surgical/Disposable Items, estimated cost PKR 10,000,000 and bid security PKR 200,000; Lot 2, General Store Items, PKR 5,500,000 and PKR 110,000; Lot 3, Laboratory Items, PKR 2,500,000 and PKR 50,000; Lot 4, Stationery Items, PKR 1,500,000 and PKR 30,000; Lot 5, Printing Items, PKR 3,000,000 and PKR 60,000; Lot 6, X-ray Films and Chemicals, PKR 1,500,000 and PKR 30,000; Lot 7, Medical Gases, PKR 500,000 and PKR 10,000; Lot 8, Dental and Surgical Items, PKR 2,000,000 and PKR 40,000; Lot 9, Bio Medical Equipments, PKR 1,000,000 and PKR 20,000; and Lot 10, Transportation Services, PKR 1,000,000 and PKR 20,000. For Lot 1, bidders must hold a valid Centralized Drugs Sale License, Pharmacy Form No. 9. Firms must state brand name, quality and pack size in the financial bid, and samples must be provided where required. Successful bidders must supply all items according to the specifications and criteria in the bidding documents. Bids close electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System e-PADS on **21 August 2026 at 10:00 AM**. Technical bids will open on **21 August 2026 at 11:00 AM**. The original bid security in the prescribed form, amount and validity must reach the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Haroonabad before bid opening. Bid security shall be submitted through Bank of Punjab in accordance with applicable Punjab PPRA instructions. Download documents from e-PADS and monitor the portal for corrigenda.
