Procurement of Medical and Surgical Disposable Items for SICHN Karachi (Items 356 and 354)

Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN) Karachi invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the procurement of medical and surgical disposable items for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement process will be conducted through the Sindh e-Procurement Portal (EPADS) as per SPPRA Rules 2010 (amended 2019). Items being procured: - Medical and Surgical Disposable Items (Item No. 356) for SICHN Karachi, estimated cost Rs. 1,100,000, bid security Rs. 22,000 - Medical and Surgical Disposable Items (Item No. 354) for SICHN Karachi, estimated cost Rs. 1,000,000, bid security Rs. 20,000 The technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. All bids must be submitted online via the EPADS portal (https://ptasindh.gov.pk/eprocure/app) by 16-09-2026. Bidders are required to submit the original bid security in the form of a pay order or demand draft in favor of SICHN Karachi. The bid opening will take place on 16-09-2026 at 11:30 AM at the SICHN office. Late bids will not be entertained. Suppliers must ensure that all documents, including GST and SRB registration certificates, are attached with the bid.
