Supply of Medicine Pharmacy Store for Sehat Sahulat Program at City Hospital Lakki Marwat

City Hospital Lakki Marwat invites e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) for the procurement of medicine pharmacy store items under the Sehat Sahulat Program for the Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with Rule 6(2)(a) of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) procurement Rules, 2014. Items being procured: - Medicine pharmacy store for Sehat Sahulat Program with a bid security of 250000 PKR The pharmacy store must operate within a 500 meter radius of the hospital premises and comply with the high-up direction as per letter No. Ref: H&AI/ZHS/PESH-2026, dated 04/07/2026. Bidders must have a valid Drug Sale License for supplying medicines round the clock and be registered with active tax payer status (KPRA/FBR). Cold chain maintenance capacity is mandatory to ensure medicine quality. Bidders are required to submit e-bids prepared according to the bidding documents along with the bid security instrument by or before the deadline of September 17, 2026, at 11:00 am. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 am. Scanned copies of all documents must be uploaded through E-PADS, while the original call deposit receipt must be submitted at the Medical Superintendent's office before the closing time. The approved rates will remain valid until June 30, 2027, under KPPRA Rule 31(A) for framework contracts. Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (PPRA) for works/services.
