DHQ Hospital Karak invites registered firms, vendors, and suppliers with valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration to submit e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) for the fiscal year 2026–2027. The procurement follows a single-stage two-envelope procedure in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Procurement Rules, 2014. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security of PKR 1,500,000 is mandatory. The approved rates will remain valid until June 30, 2027, under KPPRA Rule 31(A) for framework contracts. Availability of a pharmacist 24/7 for SSP and local purchase medicine store is mandatory. Firms must submit a three-year performance certificate and be well equipped with address and contact details. The supply must be quality-based with no alterations or changes in consultant prescriptions allowed. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule 47 of KPPRA Procurement Rules, 2014.
