Procurement of Bulk Medicines, Vaccines, X-Ray Films, Surgical Disposables, Sutures, Dental Material, Dressing Material, Dialysis Material, Lab Chemicals/Kits and PPEs for Health Institutions of AJK Health Department 2026-27

The Government of the State of Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites bids for the procurement of bulk medicines, vaccines, X-Ray films, surgical disposables, sutures, dental material, dressing material, dialysis material, lab chemicals/kits and PPEs for health institutions and hospitals under the AJK Health Department for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted in Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir. Items being procured: - Bulk Medicines - Vaccines - X-Ray Films - Surgical Disposables - Sutures - Dental Material - Dressing Material - Dialysis Material - Lab Chemicals/Kits - PPEs The technical scope includes supply of quality materials suitable for health institutions and hospitals. Bidders must submit bids through the Single Stage - Two Envelopes bidding procedure. Each bid must include a Technical Proposal and a Financial Proposal, clearly marked and sealed. Financial proposals of technically non-responsive bids will be returned unopened. Eligibility criteria require manufacturers, distributors, importers, or sole agents to deposit an earnest money of Rs. 500,000 (Five hundred thousand rupees only) in the form of CDR in the name of Director General Health AJK. Cheques will not be accepted. Bidders must be registered with FBR and ATL and not blacklisted by any government or PPRA. Bidding documents including detailed specifications, quantities, terms and conditions, and evaluation criteria can be obtained from the office of the Director General Health, Muzaffarabad, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 in cash or bank draft. Documents must be collected by 13-10-2026 during office hours. All bids must be submitted in tape binding, properly paginated, signed and stamped on each page by authorized persons. Submission deadline is 14-10-2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Secretary Health, Government of AJK, Block No. 10, New Secretariat, Chatter, Muzaffarabad. Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
