Tender Description
The Health Department, Government of Sindh, under the Sindh Human Capital Investment: 1000 Days Integrated Health and Population Program (SIHPP), invites bids for the procurement of medical, biomedical, surgical, and other related equipment for various health facilities across Sindh, Pakistan. This procurement is divided into three lots:
- Lot 1: Medical Equipment
- Lot 2: Biomedical Equipment
- Lot 3: Specialized Medical Equipment
The procurement covers a wide range of medical equipment and instruments. Delivery is required within 120 days from the date of contract signing, with distribution across designated health facilities in Sindh. Bidding will be conducted through International Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) method as per World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers 2020. Evaluation will be based on technical and financial criteria, with technical weightage at 30% and bid cost at 70%.
Interested bidders must be eligible and registered with FBR and ATL. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked ORIGINAL BID, with separate envelopes for TECHNICAL PART and FINANCIAL PART. Electronic bidding is not permitted. Bids must be delivered by 14:00 PST on 05 November 2026 to the office address below. Late bids will be rejected. A Bid Securing Declaration is required for each lot applied.
