District Health Office Khairpur is inviting bids for the procurement of a wide range of medical and laboratory items for the financial year 2026-27 at Mirpur Mathelo. This notice is issued under SPPRA rules using the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Items being procured: - Different types of medicines, X-ray films, and X-ray materials (Tender Fee: Rs. 3000, Bid Security: 5% of total bid) - Dental materials and dental lab items (Tender Fee: Rs. 2000, Bid Security: 5% of total bid) - Machinery and laboratory items (Tender Fee: Rs. 3000, Bid Security: 5% of total bid) - Furniture and glassware (Tender Fee: Rs. 3000, Bid Security: 5% of total bid) - Stationery and printing materials (Tender Fee: Rs. 2000, Bid Security: 5% of total bid) - Miscellaneous purchases (Tender Fee: Rs. 3000, Bid Security: 5% of total bid) The technical scope covers the supply of quality medicines, dental and laboratory materials, X-ray films, machinery, furniture, stationery, and other miscellaneous items as per the requirements of the District Health Office. All items must comply with the relevant standards and specifications. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR/SRB and listed on ATL. Earnest Money in the form of Pay Order or CDR equivalent to 5% of the total bid amount is mandatory. Tender documents can be obtained from the office or downloaded from the Sindh e-procurement portal. The deadline for electronic bid submission via EPADS is 29 September 2026 at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the District Health Office Khairpur, Mirpur Mathelo.
