Supply of Local Purchase Medicines for WAPDA Hospital Mangla Framework Agreement 2026-27

**Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA)**, through WAPDA Hospital Mangla, invites prequalification applications from eligible local chemists, pharmacies and druggists for a framework agreement covering the daily, on-demand supply of medicines to entitled patients against green slips during Financial Year 2026-27. The selected applicants will subsequently be invited to bid and may enter into a one-year agreement, extendable for another year by mutual consent subject to satisfactory performance. Specific item list not provided in the notice. The scope is local purchase and supply of prescription medicines required by WAPDA Hospital Mangla on a daily basis. Applicants must hold a valid Drug Sale Licence, be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue, and maintain active NTN and STN details on EPADS for the supply of medicines. The prequalification process is open to local applicants meeting the requirements in the prequalification documents. Applicants must also provide an undertaking on stamp paper confirming that they have not been blacklisted by any government, semi-government or private organisation. The estimated budget for LP, Chemist and Druggist medicines is **PKR 7,774,000**. The required bid security is two percent of the total budget, amounting to **PKR 155,480**, in the form of a pay order, demand draft or CDR. A five percent performance guarantee of **PKR 388,700** on e-stamp is also required for the framework agreement. Hard-copy bidding documents may be obtained on written application with a non-refundable fee of **PKR 500** deposited in HBL Account 01870006389803 in the name of the undersigned. Applications and the original bid must be submitted online through EPADS version 2.0 by **12 September 2026 at 11:00 AM**. The same manual bid copy must also be delivered to the office of the Medical Superintendent, WAPDA Hospital Mangla.
