Procurement of Kidney & Urology Consumables (Framework Contract)

The Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center Lahore invites bids for the procurement of Kidney & Urology Consumables under a framework contract. This procurement is specifically for the supply of consumables related to kidney and urology treatments to be delivered DDP at PKLI Lahore. Items being procured: - Kidney & Urology Consumables The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must be original manufacturers, sole distributors of local manufacturers, or authorized distributors of foreign principals. All participating firms must be registered with the Punjab E-Procurement System and have valid income tax and sales tax registrations. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) by 09 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Hard copies of e-bids will not be accepted. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required electronically through the e-Procurement System. The bid opening will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 23 September 2026 at 11:00 AM in the conference room of the supply chain department at Tower-A. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of bid opening. In case the closing date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered. PKLI&RC will not be responsible for any costs or losses incurred due to preparation or submission of bids. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available free of cost on the PKLI sales tax department website and Punjab e-Procurement portals. Ensure timely online submission and compliance with all requirements to avoid disqualification.
