All items must comply with the relevant DRAP and PPRA regulations. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and possess valid drug manufacturing or distribution licenses. Earnest Money in the form of CDR or Pay Order is required as per the tender terms. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Directorate General Procurement (Army), Rawalpindi, by 20 October 2026 at 0930 hrs. Late submissions will not be entertained. The opening of bids will take place on the same day at 1000 hrs in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
