MEPCO Gallop Tender for Collection, Transportation and Steel Structure Works at Jampur

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites sealed tenders from WAPDA/MEPCO approved contractors of class A, B, C & D with field specialization (EE 04 & EE 05) for the year 2025-26. The tender is for collection, transportation, safe handling shifting, erection and foundation and earthing of HT/LT Steel Structure Poles (31', 36', 45' & 58') at the site of work from Regional Store DG Khan in Jampur. Items being procured: - Collection and Transportation - Safe handling shifting - Erection and foundation - Earthing of HT/LT Steel Structure Poles (31', 36', 45', 58') The tender will be received and opened on 05/11/2026 at 02:00 PM in the office of Executive Engineer MEPCO (OP) Division Jampur. Contractors must deposit 3% earnest money of the tender amount in the form of Call Deposit Receipt from any scheduled Bank of Pakistan before issuance of tender book. The tender security will be returned upon successful completion of work; otherwise, 3% earnest money will be forfeited. Tender documents can be obtained from the Executive Engineer (OP) MEPCO Division Jampur office upon payment of Rs. 2000 (non-refundable) from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM till 04/11/2026. Conditional tenders will not be accepted. The tender is issued on a Tehsil-wise basis. Eligibility criteria include pre-qualification/enlistment with WAPDA/DISCOs, valid income tax returns for the last two years, and registration with PRA. The contract duration is one year from the date of agreement, extendable as per MEPCO requirements or till completion of the bid amount. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids and ensure timely submission. Earnest money must be submitted as per instructions to avoid disqualification.
