MES Works for Various Construction and Maintenance Projects at Malir Cantt

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors and firms for various construction and maintenance works at Malir Cantt within the Area of Responsibility (AOR). These works are issued by the Garrison Engineer (Army) II Malir. Items being procured: - Provision of Certain Facilities / Construction of Miscellaneous / Minor Works at Malir Cantt within the AOR (Upto Rs. 4.00 Million each) - Repair, Renovation, and Maintenance of Miscellaneous (Residential / Non-Residential) Buildings at Malir Cantt within the AOR (Upto Rs. 4.00 Million each) - TC B&R works at Zone 'A' (Rs. 4.00 Million) - TC B&R works at Zone 'B' (Rs. 4.00 Million) - TC B&R works at Zone 'C' (Rs. 4.00 Million) - DC B&R works at Zone 'A' (Rs. 2.50 Million) - DC B&R works at Zone 'B' (Rs. 2.50 Million) - TC E&M works at Zone 'A' (Rs. 4.00 Million) - TC E&M works at Zone 'B' (Rs. 4.00 Million) - Bazar Supply Material for B&R Items (Rs. 4.00 Million) - Bazar Supply Material for E&M Items (Rs. 4.00 Million) The scope includes various civil and electrical maintenance and repair works across multiple zones within Malir Cantt. Contractors must have relevant experience and credentials to qualify. Firms enlisted with MES in categories A, B, C, D, and E registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) may apply. Those not on the approved MES list must provide a certificate of previous work experience for the last two years. Applications must be submitted to GE (Army) II Malir for issuance of tender documents. The tender documents will only be issued to scrutinized contractors from 28 September 2026. The deadline for tender submission is 30 September 2026 till 11:30 hrs, with opening at 12:00 hrs on the same day. Contractors should provide a certificate confirming no litigation with government departments and no outstanding reports from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ Rawalpindi).
