Minor Renovation Works of NBP Dryport Branch, R.O Faisalabad

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing Central) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Minor Renovation Works of NBP Dryport Branch, R.O Faisalabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed under the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0. Items being procured: - Dismantling and removal of existing masonry walls, false ceiling, cash counters, flooring/wall tiles cladding, ramps, marble, steel doors, windows, glass works, electrical and plumbing fixtures, M.S grills, and disposal of debris - Plaster work including 12mm thick plaster on walls - Brick masonry work 9'' thick or above - P.C.C flooring 1:2:4 mix with rough finish - Porcelain tiles flooring and toilet walls - Flush wooden doors with commercial ply and matt enamel paint - Glass partitions 12mm thick with approved fittings - Internal paint works including plastic emulsion and deluxe distemper - Wooden cabinets with MDF laminated boards - False ceiling with lamination gypsum tiles and aluminium perforated dumpa false ceiling - Imported synthetic fibre roller blinds - Drawer pedestals made of chipboard with oak ply - Imported frost paper and NBP glass logos - Enamel paint on internal/external walls and steel/wooden structures - Supply and installation of plumbing fixtures including ORISA type W.C, toilet hand spray, wash basin mixers, bib cock, stainless steel kitchen sink, soap dispenser, towel rod, and looking mirror - Branch electrical and networking open wiring concealment including IT/data, power, camera cables - Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical fittings and fixtures including LED panel lights, down lights, spot lights, tube lights, fans, switch socket outlets, industrial sockets, floor boxes, data/voice face plates, miniature circuit breakers - Fire extinguishers including dry chemical powder and CO2 types The scope covers all civil, plumbing, and electrical works as per detailed specifications and drawings. Bidders must be registered with FBR Active Taxpayer List, Punjab Revenue Authority, and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with category C-6 or above and specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04. Bidders should have completed at least three similar projects of banks, financial institutions, or national/multinational companies costing not less than Rs. 1.0 million in the last three years. An undertaking that the bidder is not blacklisted or debarred is mandatory. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on September 22, 2026. Bid security of Rs. 80,000 in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Bank Guarantee must accompany the bid, with the original submitted before the bid submission deadline. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM on EPADS. Manual bids will not be entertained. The contract duration is 90 days with a performance guarantee of 10% of contract cost valid up to 28 days after defect liability period. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated substantially responsive bidder following least cost based selection (LCBS) technique. Bidders are advised to visit the site and examine all conditions before bidding. The Procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids as per PPRA rules. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure timely registration on EPADS v2.0 and submit all required documents including bid security originals on time to avoid disqualification. Thoroughly review the detailed Bill of Quantities and technical specifications to prepare a competitive and compliant bid.
