Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit proof of registration. Only firms with sufficient experience and those on the approved MES list in categories A, B, C, D, or E are eligible to apply. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible. Tenders must be submitted by 1130 hours on 12 October 2026 and will be opened on the same day at 1200 hours. Applications for issuance of tender documents must include credentials and details of works executed in the last two years. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per PPRA rules.
