Miscellaneous Electrical and Building Repair Works at Gwadar Cantt by Military Engineering Services

Military Engineering Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors/firms for various electrical and building repair works at Gwadar Cantt. The tender documents will be delivered to qualified contractors/firms later. Items being procured: - Miscellaneous Electrical/Mechanical Works at Gwadar Cantt - Miscellaneous Building/Repair Works at Gwadar Cantt - Bazar Supply Electrical/Mechanical Items - Various repair and replacement works at 44 Medical Battalion including towel rail, plastic shelf, connection pipes, wire gauze, flush tank, UPVC door lock, door closer, bow handle, floor cabinet, ground sink, RCC shelf, looking mirror, flushing cistern, hasp & staple, bibi cock, door handle, CP mixture, wash basin, Muslim shower - Maintenance of Det Sub Section Gwadar/306 Survey Section including paint/distemper - Construction of speed breakers and provision of cat eyes at North Cantt Gwadar - Repairs and relocation works at 128 Block & Sewerage, Bde Office, and other locations at Ormara Cantt - Replacement and repair of exhaust fans, ceiling fans, door handles, paint/distemper works at various blocks and messes at North Cantt Gwadar - Construction of ATM booths, watch tower, guard room, breaker, extension of STP line, and other electrical works at North Cantt Gwadar The scope includes repair, replacement, and maintenance of electrical fans, lights, plumbing fixtures, doors, windows, and civil works at multiple military locations in Gwadar and Ormara Cantt. Contractors enlisted with MES in Category 'E' (Rs. 150,000) and above may apply. Contractors enlisted with other departments like provincial PWD, KDA, CDA, PWR, WAPDA will provide enlistment documents with their applications. Non-enlisted contractors must deposit Rs. 150,000 as earnest money in favor of GE (Const) Gwadar. Tender submissions must comprise two envelopes: one with the priced tender and the other with priced BOQs, duly sealed. Tender documents, schedules, drawings, and other related documents can be obtained from the office of GE (Const) Gwadar. Tenders must be quoted on MES Schedule of Rates 2021. The deadline for submission is **15 October 2026 at 1130 hrs** at the office of GE (Const) Gwadar. Opening of bids will be at 1200 hrs the same day. Late or incomplete bids may be rejected. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your firm is enlisted with MES or provide the required earnest money deposit to avoid disqualification. Carefully prepare both technical and financial bids in separate sealed envelopes as per instructions to comply with tender requirements.
