The CWPP&H Department District Lasbela invites sealed tenders based on composite schedule of rates, 2026 GOB from interested contractors/firms for construction works under BSDI Balochistan Special Development Initiative Program Phase 3 at Uthal city. Items being procured: - Construction of main boundary wall at District Office Complex Uthal including DC Office - Judicial Complex - Social Welfare Office Complex - Persecution Service Complex BSDI Phase 3 The technical scope includes construction of boundary walls for multiple government office complexes at Uthal. The project requires experienced contractors with proven track record and PEC registration in category C-5 and above (upto 65 million) with relevant specialization CE10 (General Civil Engineering Works). Bidders must be active taxpayers and not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan or Balochistan. The bidder must have completed at least 3 assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 34,825,374 in the last financial year. Earnest money of 4% of the estimated cost is required in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR. Tender documents including NIT and bidding documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk.
