Tender Description
The Regional Tax Office, Sahiwal under the Federal Board of Revenue is procuring miscellaneous repair and renovation works for its office and residential buildings located in Sahiwal. This tender covers a comprehensive scope including dismantling and re-laying of brick and tile flooring, waterproofing with bitumen emulsion and polythene sheets, installation of burnt clay tiles, electrical wiring and light circuit installation, wall paneling with WPC sheets, maintenance of kitchens and washrooms, painting works with approved water-based and weather sheet paints, gypsum board ceiling installation, repair of front desk and workstations, and provision of sewerage lines with RCC pipes and manholes.
The works are divided into two lots: one for the office building and another for residential buildings, each with detailed specifications and quantities. The tender requires bidders to have valid registration with Income and Sales Tax authorities, be on the Active Taxpayers List issued by the Federal Board of Revenue, and demonstrate relevant experience in similar assignments. Earnest Money in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft is mandatory and must be submitted in hard copy before bid opening. The successful bidder will also provide a 10% Performance Guarantee.
Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS system by 2:00 PM on Monday, 18th May 2026. Late or incomplete submissions will be rejected. The bid opening will take place the same day at 3:00 PM in the conference room of the Regional Tax Office, Sahiwal. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder meeting all technical and financial criteria. Payment will be made through AGPR, Sub Office, Sahiwal, upon satisfactory completion of the work.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all technical specifications and quality standards are strictly followed and clearly mentioned in the bid, including brand names and product details. Non-compliance or deviation from specifications may lead to disqualification regardless of the bid price.
