Tender Description
The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids for the procurement of Miscellaneous Road Works at PAA Walton Colony Lahore. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed under the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The works include dismantling bitumen carpet, supplying and laying crushed stone ballast, hot-mix bituminous concrete pavement, pavement marking with non-reflective CR paint, laying precast cement concrete road kerbs, providing 1:3:6 cement concrete, painting plastered surfaces with synthetic enamel paint, and installing reflectorised plastic pavement studs. Items being procured:
- Civil dismantling bitumen carpet of any surface
- Supplying and laying machine crushed 2-1/2" to 3/4" stone ballast
- Providing and laying hot-mix bituminous concrete pavement
- Pavement marking with non-reflective CR paint
- Providing and laying precast cement concrete road kerb
- Providing and laying 1:3:6 cement concrete
- Painting plastered surface with super glass synthetic enamel paint
- Installing reflectorised plastic pavement studs
The scope covers all related civil works at the Walton Colony site in Lahore. Eligible bidders must have PEC registration in category C6, valid FBR registration with ATL listing, and valid professional tax certificate. Bid security of PKR 90,000 is required in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Call Deposit. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by 11:00 AM on September 2, 2026, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions are not accepted. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS and review all bidding documents carefully. The contract includes a 45-day delivery schedule for road works and 15 days for allied works. Performance guarantee is not required for this contract. The procuring agency is located in Lahore, Punjab.
