All works must comply with the approved BOQ and specifications. Only contractors/firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and with valid PPRA registration are eligible. Earnest Money as specified for each lot must be submitted in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft. Bids must be submitted online via the PPRA E-Tendering portal by the deadline of 12-10-2026.
