Mobil Oil Lubricants Supply Framework Contract for Financial Year 2026-2027

The City Police Officer Faisalabad invites electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) from eligible firms, manufacturers, authorized dealers, and suppliers registered with the relevant tax authorities for procurement of goods, services, and repair/maintenance works under a Framework Contract for the Financial Year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Mobil Oil Lubricants This procurement is for the supply of Mobil Oil Lubricants to the City Police Officer Faisalabad. The contract is a framework agreement covering the entire financial year 2026-2027. Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure as per the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant authorities and comply with all bidding document requirements. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) by or before 29-08-2026 at 10:00 am. A bid security of Rs. 700,000 in the form of CDR, pay order, or demand draft from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan must accompany the bid. The bid security will be collected before bid opening. Bids will be opened electronically on 29-08-2026 at 11:00 am in the office of the City Police Officer Faisalabad. Successful bidders will be required to deposit a Performance Guarantee equal to 5% of the contract price in the form of a deposit at call or bank guarantee.
