Tender Description
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) Islamabad invites bids for the arrangements for Monsoon Market and Road Maintenance under the Market & Roads Maintenance North Directorate. This procurement is planned for the Financial Year 2026-27 and aims to ensure timely and effective maintenance works to address monsoon-related damages in the city. The procurement is managed by the Deputy Director Market & Roads Maintenance North, CDA, located in Islamabad.

The scope includes all necessary civil works related to market and road maintenance during the monsoon season. This involves repair and upkeep of roads and market areas to prevent flooding and damage, ensuring public safety and infrastructure integrity. The works will be carried out at various locations under the jurisdiction of CDA in Islamabad.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant PEC category for civil works and possess valid FBR and ATL registration. Experience in similar monsoon maintenance projects will be an advantage. Earnest Money of Rs. 730,385/- is required in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit. Bidders must also submit a bid securing declaration as per the bidding documents.
The tender documents are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal. Bidders must register on EPADS to participate. The submission deadline is Monday, August 10, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day. Manual submissions are not accepted. Original bid security instruments must be submitted by August 7, 2026.
