Provision of Movable Furniture for Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment and Research Lahore Package-B

The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites eligible bidders through the Punjab e-Procurement System of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) for the procurement of movable furniture for the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment and Research in Lahore. Bidders must provide a bid security of Rs. 5,000,000 and bids will remain valid for 120 days. The bidding procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) and the bidding method is Open Competitive Bidding. All interested bidders are required to register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to be eligible for participation. The response time is calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the PPRA website. Technical and financial bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the tender document and submitted on or before 15th September 2026, no later than 03:00 PM via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM. Bids received through any other mode than the Punjab e-Procurement System will not be considered. If the last date for submission falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for bid submission and opening. Bidders should ensure timely registration and submission through the official e-Procurement portal to avoid disqualification.
