Procurement of MS Angle Iron and Chain Link Fencing by Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited Lahore

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Lahore invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of MS Angle Iron and Chain Link Fencing for delivery at Wah. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under contract reference P122896. Items being procured: - MS Angle Iron Size 50.8mm X 50.8mm X 6.4mm (2"X2"X1/4") - 20,000 meters - MS Angle Iron Size 63.5mm X 63.5mm X 6.4mm (2-1/2"X2-1/2"X1/4") - 7,200 meters - MS Angle Iron Size 38.1mm X 38.1mm X 6.4mm (1-1/2"X1-1/2"X1/4") - 8,000 meters - MS Bar 1/2" Deformed Gr-60 Reinforcing bar - 11,360 kg - MS Bar 1/4" Deformed Gr-60 Reinforcing bar - 7,200 kg - Chain Link Fencing Galvanized Size 50.8mm (2"), Mesh 10G, 3.25mm Roll 10"X50" - 78,965 sqm - Chain Link Fencing Size 76.2mm (H.G.I"), Mesh 10G, 3.25mm - 82,445 sqm The technical specifications for all items are attached as annexures AA and BB. Delivery is expected within 25 to 30 days at Wah. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically before the deadline. Original bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft must be submitted physically before the closing time at SNGPL Gas House, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, active tax payer status, and submission of bid security or bid securing declaration. Bids will be evaluated on technical compliance and lowest cost. The contract will require a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract price. Late bids or manual submissions will not be accepted.
