Procurement of Nanodac Recorder, GX101 Recorder, Wiper Die, Mandrel, Pressure Die, Clamp Die, Bend Die, and Digital Control Board for Aircraft Manufacturing Factory Kamra

Pakistan Aeronautical Complex, Kamra, Aircraft Manufacturing Factory invites sealed tenders from sales tax registered suppliers on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR for the purchase and repair of technical items as per the enclosed list. This procurement is for the supply of specialized equipment and spares required for aviation and manufacturing operations at AMF Kamra, District Attock. Items being procured: - Nanodac Recorder / Controller (2 EA, Input Voltage 220V, RTD PT100, Paperless, Dual USB, OEM: Eurotherm Invensys England or equivalent) - GX101 Recorder (1 EA, OEM: Yokogawa Japan or better, Minimum 10 Channel, for horizontal vacuum furnace) - Wiper Die Dia. 36 CLR 72 Steel (1 EA, 36 mm OD x 72 mm CLR, Square Back Wiper, 200 mm Long) - Mandrel Dia. 36X1mm Wall Steel 2-Ball (1 EA, 36 mm OD, 1 mm wall, 2 balls, 200 mm length) - Pressure Die Dia. 36 Long 393 mm 180 Degree (1 EA, 36 mm OD, 393 mm length, Steel Treatment Nitrided) - Clamp Die Dia. 36 Grip Length 72 (1 EA, 36 mm OD, 72 mm length, Steel Treatment Nitrided) - Bend Die Dia. 36 CLR 72 With Insert Grip Length 48mm (1 EA, 36 mm OD x 72 mm CLR, spool inserted grip, 48 mm grip length) - Digital Control Board (1 EA, Siemens Germany) All items must be delivered to AMF, PAC Kamra premises with all liabilities on suppliers. Technical offers must include literature, brochures, part numbers, OEM traceability, and certificates such as Certificate of Conformance (CoC), Technical Data Sheet (TDS), Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), Calibration Certificate, and Laboratory Test Reports. Financial offers must be exclusive of GST and submitted on original letterhead. Earnest money at 5% of the quoted value via Bank Draft/CDR in favour of Public Fund Account AMF PAC Kamra is mandatory for unregistered firms with PACB. Minimum quote validity is 90 days, and EDD must be available on the commercial quote. All repair works/services must carry at least 6 months warranty, and newly purchased items must have at least one year warranty. Delivery must be in standard packing, and all stores will be accepted after inspection by the Quality Control Directorate. Quotations must reach the factory by 1100 Hrs on 10 September, 2026, and will be opened the same day at 1130 Hrs. Bids must be submitted in original, in person, at the Local Purchase Section, AMF. A practical tip: Ensure each line item is quoted on a separate leaf and that all technical documentation, including OEM certificates and test reports, is attached to avoid rejection due to incomplete submissions.
