The Pakistan Air Force Base Murid Chakwal invites sealed quotations from well-reputed and Sale Tax / Income Tax registered firms, suppliers, and contractors for the supply of various items under multiple categories for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specific to the PAF Base Murid located in Chakwal, Punjab. Items being procured: - Natural Camouflaging Fund Items: Sapling Seeds, Manure / Fertilizer, Arboriculture Implements, Printing of necessary guidance material on plantation, Lawn Mover (Manual / Electrically), Sheds for sapling and Plants, Ancillary Equipments, Lime, Flowerpots, Paints of Flowerpots, Insecticides / pesticides and their spraying equipment, Plants / Trees, Camouflaging paints, Water pumps - Conservancy Grant Items: All types of Brooms, Dustbin (Steel / Plastic), Brushes, Mops / Wipers, Surf, Vim, Floor Polish (Liquid & Powder), Lime, Neel, Coochi, Roller, Toilet Rolls, Drain Opener, Acid, Sweep, Soap, Toilet Cleaner, Bathroom Cleaner, Phenyl, Floor Cleaner, all size Garbage Bags - Sports Ground Items: Earth filling and leveling, planting of grass, preparation of Cricket Pitches, maintenance of Sports Ground, Goal Post / Poles, Wooden floors in Squash Courts, Roller for leveling of grounds and Cricket Pitches, Floodlights in Sports field/courts, mesh wire around Sports field / courts, Grass cutting machine - Sports Activities Items: Balls, nets, Gloves, Pad, Athletics equipment, Discs, Hammers, Pole-vaults, Javelin tug of wars / Ropes and Sports Goods / Gears - Hot Weather Appliances: Water Jars, Water Cooler, Water Glasses, Water Jugs (Special & Ordinary), Mugs, Waster Set Plastic, Waster Set Ord, repair / maintenance of hot weather appliance The scope covers supply and maintenance of these items for the period from 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. The materials and equipment will be used for landscaping, sports ground maintenance, conservancy, and hot weather relief at the PAF Base Murid site. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and have proven experience in supplying similar items. Firms should be well-reputed and capable of providing Earnest Money in the form of a Bank Draft of Rs.150,000 as Bid Security. Crossed cheques will not be accepted. The bid security of unsuccessful bidders will be returned as per PPRA rules. The last date for submission of sealed bids is **31 July 2026 at 1000 hours**. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1100 hours at PAF Base Murid. Interested bidders should ensure their bids comply with all technical and administrative requirements. Payment will be made through crossed cheque after approval by the competent financial authority.
