Marine Grade Resin, Gel Coat, Accelerator and Methyl Ethyl Ketone

The Directorate of Procurement (Navy), Islamabad, invites commercial offers for the supply of marine-grade polyester resin, gel coat, cobalt-based accelerator and methyl ethyl ketone for naval requirements. Suppliers should carefully review the attached technical data, special instructions and required approved-product references before preparing their quotations. The tender is identified as Tender No. 2514110/R-2511/340278 and is being processed through Bahria Gate. The schedule of stores comprises the following items: Sr. 1, Pattern No. 6810-73-100-0999, marine-grade polyester resin, Crystic 406E, Polypol-1009 or Lloyd-approved equivalent, quantity 7,200 kg, packed in 225 kg OEM packing; Sr. 2, Pattern No. 6810-73-100-1001, gel coat unsaturated Crystic Gel Coat 65E, Polygel-2132 or Lloyd-approved equivalent, quantity 400 kg, packed in 225 kg OEM packing; Sr. 3, Pattern No. 6810-73-100-1000, cobalt-based accelerator or equivalent approved product, quantity 500 kg, packed in 15, 20 or 25 kg OEM packing; and Sr. 4, Pattern No. 6810-00-281-2762, methyl ethyl ketone, quantity 3,700 kg, packed in 165 kg drums with OEM-sealed packing. Products must be OEM-certified, brand new and acceptable on DPL-15. The supplier must provide material safety and technical data sheets at inspection and with every delivery. Manufacturing and expiry dates, shelf life and contract details must be clearly marked on each package. The supplied material should have at least 85 percent shelf life remaining at delivery. For inspection, the supplier is required to provide the OEM conformity certificate, import documents, catalogues and Lloyd type-approval certification for polyester resin and gel coat. Firms should attach signed and stamped DP-1 and DP-3 documents with the quotation and comply with the attached technical data and Annex-B instructions. Any required bid security, tax registration, ATL status or eligibility documentation should be confirmed against the complete tender form before submission. Submit the original commercial offer in the prescribed price quotation form, signed and stamped, in Tender Box No. 204 at the Directorate of Procurement through Bahria Gate, Naval Residential Complex, E-8, Islamabad, by **10:30 AM on 02 September 2026**.
