Networking on 3rd Floor IT Project at Large Taxpayers Office Lahore

The Federal Board of Revenue's Large Taxpayers Office in Lahore is inviting qualified firms and contractors to submit e-bids through the EPADS/PPRA platform for the project titled Networking on 3rd Floor. This procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope (SSOE) bidding procedure and requires bidders to have valid registration with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Items being procured: - Networking infrastructure and related services for the 3rd floor The scope includes upgrading and installing networking equipment and services at the Large Taxpayers Office located at 10-Babar Block, New Garden Town, Lahore. Eligibility criteria include submission of a Bid Security Instrument at 2% amounting to Rs. 18,000 in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order in the name of the Chief Commissioner, Large Taxpayers Office, Lahore. A hard copy of the proposal and original CDR must be submitted to the purchase committee one day before the e-bid submission deadline. Failure to submit original CDR and documents on time will lead to disqualification. The deadline for uploading/submitting proposals through EPADS is 18.09.2026 by 03:00 p.m. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 p.m. in the Conference Hall of LTO Lahore in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
