Provision of New Foam Mattresses in Different Suites at Parliament Lodges Islamabad

Items being procured: - New Foam Mattresses for different suites at Parliament Lodges The scope of work involves supplying high-quality foam mattresses suitable for lodging facilities. The mattresses must meet the standards required for comfort and durability in government hostels. The site for delivery and installation is Parliament Lodges Block-C, Basement, G-5, Islamabad. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2024-25 and possess the appropriate category and code for this work. Firms must also be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in similar supply contracts for government lodging or hospitality facilities will be advantageous. The earnest money required is Rs. 399,920, and bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Pay Order or CDR in favor of DDO Govt. Hostel, CDA. Bids must be submitted online through the E-PAD system at http://eprocure.gov.pk before the deadline. The bid submission deadline is 29th July 2026 at 12:00 Noon, with the technical and financial bids opening on 3rd August 2026 at 11:00 AM.
