Tender Description
The Punjab Agriculture Marketing Regulatory Authority in Lahore is procuring new work contracts for services for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is specifically for firms registered with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and possessing valid PEC licenses in the relevant categories. The scope includes providing various services as per the contract terms for the year 2026-2027.
Bidders must submit their technical and financial bids through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via the e-Procurement system (ePADS). The technical bids will be opened on 17th July 2026 at 11:00 AM, and the last date for submission is also 17th July 2026 at 10:00 AM. Earnest Money or CDR must be submitted as per the PPRA rules to ensure bid security. Firms must be registered with FBR and ATL and have relevant experience to qualify.
The tender emphasizes strict compliance with PPRA regulations, including submission of complete financial bids with detailed rate analysis and BOQs. Any incomplete or non-responsive bids will be rejected. The department will only consider bids that meet all technical and financial criteria. The submission of hard copies of technical bids is mandatory alongside e-bids.
A practical tip for bidders is to carefully review the PPRA circulars and ensure all documents, including bank guarantees and CDRs, are authentic and submitted timely. Avoid submitting fake or incomplete documents as this will lead to disqualification. Following the exact e-bidding procedure and deadlines will enhance the chances of success in this competitive tender.
