Supply of NG Firewalls and Intruder Software for E-Pads V2.0

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) invites sealed bids from eligible and reputable firms for the supply of NG Firewalls and Intruder Software for the E-Pads V2.0 system at its Islamabad headquarters. This procurement is part of NADRA's ongoing efforts to enhance its digital security infrastructure and ensure robust protection for its electronic systems. Items being procured: - NG Firewalls (for E-Pads V2.0, as per technical specifications in the bidding documents) - Intruder Software (for E-Pads V2.0, as per technical specifications in the bidding documents) The technical scope includes the provision, installation, and commissioning of next-generation firewalls and intrusion detection/prevention software compatible with NADRA's E-Pads V2.0 platform. Bidders must ensure that all equipment and software meet the required standards and are supported by valid licenses. The project site is Islamabad, and all deliveries and installations must be completed at the designated NADRA facility. Eligible bidders must be listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) and possess relevant experience in supplying and integrating IT security solutions for large-scale government or corporate clients. Earnest Money in the form of a CDR or Pay Order, as specified in the bidding documents, must be submitted with the bid. Only firms registered under the Companies Act 2017 or the Companies Ordinance 1984 are eligible to participate. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Procurement Department, NADRA Headquarters, Islamabad, by 13 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Late submissions will not be entertained. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
