Obtaining NOC from EPA Punjab for Operational Phase of PSO Faisalabad Depot Along with Allied Structures

Items being procured: - Preparation of Compliance Status Report (CSR) and Environmental Management Plan (EMP) for pipeline operation - Preparation of Environmental Monitoring Reports (Ambient Air, Ground Water, Noise, Waste Water/Validation) - Preparation and vetting of CSR from Assistant Director Environment Lahore - Inspection and testing of NEQS as per EPA recommendations - Preparation of all other documents required by EPA - Submission and provision of final approved NOC in the name of PSO for operational phase The scope covers the operational phase NOC for the pipeline, main storage tanks, and storage & handling of POLs. The consultant will prepare all necessary reports, conduct inspections, and coordinate with EPA authorities including site visits if required. The job includes preparation of layouts, sketches, diagrams, and all documentary drawings needed by EPA without extra charges. The vendor will also handle all government fees and demand notices related to the process. The work must be completed within 60 days from issuance of the service order. Payment will be made against vendor invoices after successful completion and approval by PSO designated officials. All government taxes are included in the quoted rates. Liquidated damages of 0.1% per day up to 10% of the order value apply for delays. The vendor must ensure full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations throughout the assignment.
