Tender Description
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) invites sealed bids from property owners for the hiring of office buildings on rent to establish new NADRA Registration Centers in Lahore, Gujranwala, and Sialkot. This opportunity is open to all eligible property owners who can provide suitable premises as per the specified requirements.
Items being procured:
- Adda Plot Roundabout to 1 km towards Raiwind Road OR 500 Meters on Allama Iqbal Road, Lahore (2500 to 4000 sqft)
- Shalimar Bagh, Lahore (2500 to 4000 sqft)
- Badami Bagh, Lahore (2500 to 4000 sqft)
- Multan Road (Scheme Morr to Awan Town or adjacent areas), Lahore (2500 to 4000 sqft)
- Bedian Road (1 km or adjacent areas from each side of Nawaz Sharif Interchange), Lahore (2500 to 4000 sqft)
- Gujranwala Eastern Bypass (Ferozewala Bridge/Chichrewali), Gujranwala (2500 to 4000 sqft)
- Gujranwala Western Bypass (Pindi Bypass to Alipur Chowk/Alam Chowk/Awan Chowk), Gujranwala (2500 to 4000 sqft)
- Sialkot City (Pasrur Road Area), Sialkot (2500 to 4000 sqft)
- Sialkot Cantt, Sialkot (2500 to 4000 sqft)
The technical scope includes providing covered premises within the specified area range, suitable for office use, with proper access and amenities. The properties must be located at the mentioned sites and should be ready for immediate occupation. Owners must ensure the premises meet NADRA's operational and security requirements.
Interested bidders must be the legal owners of the properties and should submit proof of ownership along with their bids. All bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest Money in the form of CDR/Pay Order is required as per the tender document. Bids must be submitted by 20 June 2024, 11:00 AM at the NADRA Regional Head Office, Lahore. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
