Purchase of Office and Classroom Equipment for National University of Sciences and Technology (Military College of Engineering) Risalpur

Military College of Engineering (MCE) Risalpur, a constituent college of National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), invites sealed bids from authorized, well-established suppliers, OEMs, or distributors with NTN and active ATL registration for the supply and delivery of Office and Classroom Equipment for NUST (MCE) Risalpur located in Nowshera, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being procured: - Video Conferencing System with 10 camera presets, 36X total zoom (12X optical), FHD1080p, full duplex microphone array, echo cancellation, compatible with Windows and Mac OS - Multimedia Projector with 4000 lumens brightness, 300,000:1 contrast ratio, WXGA resolution, laser phosphor light type, HDMI and USB connections, 15W speaker The procurement includes supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning with a warranty and support period of at least one year. Bidders must submit bids through the E-PADS portal with a sealed hard copy of the technical bid and earnest money of 5% of the total quoted value in the form of a pay order or bank draft in favor of MCE Risalpur. The delivery period is 8 to 12 weeks with penalties for late delivery. Technical evaluation will be based on compliance, company profile, financial strength, and experience with NUST. Financial bids must include all applicable taxes and be submitted on company letterhead. The selected firm must provide a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract value.
